Assisted living in Silver Spring, Maryland
Bright Hands is a five-bedroom assisted living home at 14109 Burning Bush Lane, owner-operated by Nimmi Perera. Five residents and the same caregiver every shift. Maryland OHCQ Level 3 licensed.
I run this home personally.
"Every medication pass, every family conversation, every overnight check-in. That is the difference between a facility with sixty residents and a home with five."
I opened Bright Hands because families should not have to choose between a facility and a caregiver who knows their parent by name. After more than a decade in Maryland senior care, I built the home I would want my own mother in.
Maryland Assisted Living Manager. Certified Medication Technician. Certified Nursing Assistant. The same caregiver every shift, every day.
When you tour, we walk through the home together. We sit at the kitchen table. You meet whoever happens to be in the living room. There is no scripted sales tour because there is no sales team.
Care that meets your family where it is.
Five residents lets us tailor what each person actually needs - long-term assisted living, memory care, short respite stays, recovery after a hospital discharge, or a couple staying together as needs change.
