These Terms govern your access to Bright Hands' website and our assisted living and care services. By using our site or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
Service to a resident begins only after an executed admissions or service agreement is signed and any required deposits are paid. The admissions agreement describes the scope of services, rates, payment terms, and cancellation/refund policies.
We collect and maintain resident care records to provide safe care. You authorize us to collect medical and care information necessary for assessment, treatment, and coordination of care with outside providers and emergency services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Fees and payment schedules are set out in each resident’s service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interruption of services in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. If you pay online we rely on third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Residents (or their responsible parties) must provide accurate information at admission, report changes in condition, and follow facility rules and care plans. Grounds for discharge and cancellation policies are included in the admissions agreement.
The website content is owned by Bright Hands. You may view and download content for personal use only. You may not republish or commercialize our content without written permission.
The services and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Hands disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the extent allowed by law.
